I once dated a guy and my body wouldn't let me sleep next to him.

At first I told myself it was cosmic. The energy was just intense. He was shaking something loose in me. My body was reacting to the depth of it all.
It wasn't the depth. It was the lie.
A few weeks later I found out he'd been talking to someone else the whole time. My body knew before my brain did. It had been trying to tell me from night one.
This is the difference between intuition and anxiety. Once you can feel it, you stop confusing them.
Anxiety is in your head. Intuition is in your body.
Anxiety is loud. It loops. It rehearses. It builds whole stories about a future that hasn't happened yet.
Intuition is quiet. It just knows. It doesn't argue. It doesn't try to convince you.
Anxiety asks questions. Intuition makes statements.
Anxiety says "what if something's wrong?" Intuition says "something is wrong."
Your body knows first.
Your nervous system is older than your thoughts. It's been keeping humans alive for hundreds of thousands of years by reading the room (micro-expressions, energy shifts, tone) long before your conscious mind catches up.
By the time anxiety shows up to debate, your body has already cast its vote.
That's why intuition is physical. A flutter. A heaviness. A pull. A no that lands in your gut before your brain can rationalize it away.
You don't have to learn intuition. You already have it. You just have to learn to trust it, even when it doesn't match what your brain wants to be true.

Next time you feel uneasy about something — a person, a decision, a vibe in a room - pause.
Drop your attention out of your head and into your body.
Ask yourself: where do I feel this?
If the answer is in your thoughts, it's probably anxiety. Be gentle with it. Anxiety is real and it deserves care, just not the steering wheel.
If the answer is in your chest, your gut, your throat - that's intuition. Listen. Don't argue. Don't talk yourself out of it. Ask your body what it wants you to know.
Then trust what comes.
The truth
Your body isn't being dramatic. It isn't being paranoid. It isn't making things up.
It's been quietly, faithfully, intelligently keeping you safe your whole life.
The world will tell you to think harder, analyze more, second-guess yourself into oblivion.
