Thank you for shopping with thewuwu! Here’s what to expect once you place your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Digital Products and Services

Readings, sessions, classes, gift cards, and digital products are delivered by email and do not require shipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order ships, delivery times are in the carrier’s hands. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, please email hello@thewuwu.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Return and Refund Policy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
