  • With service providers: We work with trusted companies that help us run our business, such as Shopify (our website and store), our booking and scheduling tools, Klaviyo (email), Zoom (virtual sessions), payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Venmo), and analytics and advertising partners (such as Meta and Google). These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
  • For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of thewuwu, our community, or others.

Your Readings and Sessions

We understand that what you share during a reading or session can be deeply personal. Lightworkers on thewuwu are required to keep what you share confidential. We do not record sessions unless you request it or it is clearly agreed to in advance. Please do not share sensitive information through our website forms beyond what’s needed to book your session.
