How does an online past life session work?
Once you book, you'll get a confirmation with a private video link from your practitioner. Most sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. After an intake conversation, your practitioner guides you into a deeply relaxed state and helps you access what your soul remembers. At the end, you'll come back to ordinary awareness and reflect on what came up.
How do I know it's real and not my imagination?
The honest answer is, it doesn't always matter. Whether what arrives is literal memory or symbolic imagery, the experience often reveals something true about a pattern you've been carrying. Your practitioner will help you sit with what came up and find the meaning in it.
What if I see something difficult?
Sometimes hard things arrive. That's part of why this work is healing. Your practitioner is trained to hold space, slow things down, and help you process what comes up safely. You stay in control of the depth and the pace.
