Distant Reiki

Reiki is Universal Energy.

You are Reiki.

Your breath is your access to Reiki.

I am the conduit for you to Reiki.

It is a gentle yet powerful healing Energy.

Session Details 

The person receiving Reiki draws the energy through the Reiki practitioner.  We simply hold the space and Reiki balances the area where too much or too little energy exists.

I’ve been a Reiki practitioner since 2012.  Using Distant Reiki over that time has allowed me to stay connected to my clients wherever they are. 

Distant Reiki bridges time and space.  It is healing at a distance.  Your part in this is to breathe, to stay open, to allow it.

Our 45-minute session will take place over Zoom.  During the first five minutes I will answer questions, and I will fill out a Client Information Form with your info.  During the 30 minute Reiki session, the Zoom camera will be turned off.  I’ll let you know when we are done.  We will have five minutes at the end of the session for you to reconnect to your surroundings. 

My Reiki Journey 

At the end of a yoga class, sitting with eyes closed, our teacher said, “bring your palms together”. I had done this countless times before.  This time was different.  There was an invisible mass, a solid orb, between my hands, making it impossible to bring my hands together.  I didn’t know it then.  This was my first experience with Reiki.

Reiki in my life has given me a calm, unique understanding of myself, of this world, of relationships, of love and empathy.  It’s a discipline that is its own reward.  In doing either self Reiki or with another person, there is a quiet connection to self and nature.  It’s an inner focus that expands to the rest of “all”.  I want to share this with you.  All you have to do is be open.  And breathe.
