Your Weekly Cosmic Forecast: May 26 to June 1, 2026

If last week was about staying with the seed you planted under the Taurus New Moon, this week is about getting honest about what it's actually growing into. The mind is going to be loud. The heart is going to be soft. The body is going to be slow. And by Sunday night a rare Sagittarius Full Moon is going to ask you to tell the truth about all three.

The energy of the week

The Sun is now well into Gemini and the whole month has shifted from the slow, body led energy of Taurus into something faster and more conversational. Gemini is the sign of the curious mind, the open question, and the half finished thought you keep coming back to. After four weeks of being asked to slow down and stay in your body, you are allowed to want to know things again. Let yourself want to know things.

Mercury is at home in Gemini through June 1, which means this is your last week of the year with communication moving at full clarity inside its own ruling sign. The words land. The pitch lands. The conversation you've been turning over for weeks can finally come out of your mouth in the right order. Use the window. It closes when Mercury moves into Cancer on June 2 and the tone shifts from clear and quick to soft and feelings first.

Uranus is also in Gemini for the long haul now, which adds a quality this whole season did not have last year. Surprise. The idea that arrives in the shower. The plan that flips overnight. The conversation that opens a door you didn't know was a door. Don't try to predict your week too tightly. Leave room for the thing that wasn't on the schedule.

Venus moved into Cancer on May 18 and is still softening the relational tone. So while the mind is moving fast, the heart wants the opposite of fast. It wants the people who feel like home, the meal on the floor with someone safe, the early night in instead of the dinner you said yes to and don't actually want to go to. If you feel the pull to cancel something this week in favor of someone you love, that is Venus, and she is worth listening to.

Mars is still in Taurus, where it landed on May 18, and will be there into late June. So your drive and your energy are not frantic right now. They are steady. The work you do gently and consistently this week will go further than anything you try to push through. Mars in Taurus is the planet of doing taking the slow lane on purpose. Trust it.

Pluto is still retrograde in Aquarius, continuing its long, quiet reassessment of how you use your power and where you are still letting old systems run you. You are not meant to solve any of that this week. You are just meant to notice it.

The headline of the week is Sunday. On May 31 we get a rare Full Blue Moon at 9 degrees of Sagittarius. Blue moon meaning the second full moon to land inside a single calendar month, which makes it noticeably weightier than a usual full moon. Sagittarius sits directly across from all that Gemini energy in the sky right now, and the two signs are a matched pair. Gemini gathers the details. Sagittarius asks what they actually mean. So a week that begins in a hundred open questions ends in one big honest answer underneath them.

Full moons reveal. This one in particular has a truth telling quality to it, the kind that surfaces something you already quietly knew and asks you to stop outrunning it. You don't have to chase the insight. Just give the week its space and Sunday will do the work.

This is a let your mind sprint, let your heart slow you down, and let the moon tell you what it all meant kind of week.

Your week ahead by sign

Aries (Mar 21 to Apr 19) Gemini season is lit up in your third house of communication, voice, daily messages, and short conversations. This is your week to send the pitch, post the thing, ask the question, propose what you've been sitting on. Mercury at home in Gemini through June 1 means your words have unusual landing power right now. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your ninth house of belief and big picture, so by the end of the week you may suddenly know what all this talking has actually been pointing toward. Speak first. Understand later.

Taurus (Apr 20 to May 20) With the Sun in your second house of money, value, and what you are worth in the marketplace, the conversation this week is about what you charge and how you ask. Don't undercharge. Don't underask. Mars is still in your sign through late June, which means you actually have the energy to follow through on whatever new number or new boundary comes out of your mouth. The Full Moon Sunday lights up your eighth house of shared resources and intimacy, which means the financial and the deeply personal are linked right now. Pay attention to what surfaces about both.

Gemini (May 21 to Jun 20) The Sun and Mercury are both in your sign and your solar return is in full swing. This is your personal new year and you do not have to perform it. Take yourself somewhere alone for an hour, even if alone means a coffee shop, and ask the question for your year. With Uranus also in your sign now, you may already feel the answer arriving in pieces from unexpected places. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your seventh house of partnership, which means by the end of the week you will know something true about who is across the table from you. Don't argue with what you see.

Cancer (Jun 21 to Jul 22) Venus is at home in your sign and the Sun is moving through your twelfth house of rest, retreat, and the inner life. This is permission to slow down while everyone else speeds up. Take it. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your sixth house of daily work, health, and routine, which means by the weekend something is going to ask you to tell the truth about whether your day to day is actually working for you. The body will know before the mind does. Listen low, not loud.

Leo (Jul 23 to Aug 22) Gemini season is in your eleventh house of friendships, community, and the wider web you belong to. Someone you've been meaning to reconnect with is going to surface this week. Let them. Don't make it a whole project. Just answer the text. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your fifth house of joy, creativity, and what you make for the pure pleasure of making it. Do something this weekend that has no audience and no purpose other than that it lit you up. That is the assignment. That is the whole thing.

Virgo (Aug 23 to Sep 22) Gemini season is in your tenth house of career, public life, and reputation, and Mercury, your ruler, is at home there through June 1. This is one of the clearest weeks of your year for being seen for what you actually do. Have your answer ready when someone asks what you are working on. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your fourth house of home and roots, and may quietly remind you that the public win means very little if your private life isn't holding you. Tend both.

Libra (Sep 23 to Oct 22) Gemini season is in your ninth house of travel, learning, and the bigger picture, so if you've been dreaming about a class, a teacher, a trip, or a book that's been pulling at you, this is the week to actually look at the calendar. Venus, your ruler, in Cancer is softening your tenth house of career, which means the doing gets easier when you let yourself be cared for in the process. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your third house of communication, so by the weekend an unsaid thing may finally come out of your mouth. Let it.

Scorpio (Oct 23 to Nov 21) Gemini season is in your eighth house, which is genuinely your home territory. Intimacy, shared resources, the things you do not say at parties. The conversation you've been avoiding about money, sex, or trust gets noticeably easier this week, especially midweek when the Moon enters your sign. Venus in Cancer is sitting in your ninth house of perspective, which softens whatever you have to say. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your second house of values and money, so by the weekend you will know what something is worth to you, and probably what it is not.

Sagittarius (Nov 22 to Dec 21) This is your full moon, and it is a rare one. The Sun in Gemini is opposing your sign all week, which lights up your seventh house of partnership and brings whoever keeps showing up into sharp focus. Whoever keeps not showing up will also be in sharp focus. The Full Moon in your own sign Sunday is a recap of your last year and a quiet declaration of who you have become since the last time the sky lit you up like this. You don't have to do anything dramatic. Just don't apologize for any of it.

Capricorn (Dec 22 to Jan 19) Gemini season is in your sixth house of daily work, health, and routine. The cosmos is asking you to experiment with one thing in your day, not overhaul the whole system. A different morning. A different walk. One small new ritual. Mars in Taurus is in your fifth house of joy this week, which means the experimentation should feel like delight, not discipline. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your twelfth house of rest and the inner life, so by the weekend something tired in you is asking to be put down. Put it down.

Aquarius (Jan 20 to Feb 18) Gemini season is in your fifth house of joy, creativity, play, and the things you do for no reason other than that you want to. If you've been all duty and no delight, the sky just handed you a hall pass. Take it. Pluto is still retrograde in your sign, continuing the deep interior work, but the play is part of that work, not separate from it. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your eleventh house of friendship and community, so by the end of the week you may notice with surprising clarity who your actual people are. Honor what you see.

Pisces (Feb 19 to Mar 20) Gemini season is in your fourth house of home, family, and roots, so you'll find yourself thinking about a space, physical or emotional, that needs tending. Venus in Cancer is sitting in your fifth house of creativity, which means whatever tending you do can be beautiful, not just functional. Light the candle. Move the chair. Soften something. The Full Moon Sunday lands in your tenth house of career and public life, so by Sunday night the private work and the public work may suddenly feel like the same work. Let it surprise you.

A practice for the week

The split this week is the real assignment. A fast mind. A tender heart. A slow body. A moon at the end of it all to tell you the truth. Most weeks the cosmos asks you to pick one of these. This week is asking you to hold all of them at once.

Each day, before you do anything else, ask yourself three questions in this order.

First: what is one new question I want to live with today?

Then: who do I want to be close to today?

Then: what is the smallest, slowest thing I can do today for what I am building?

The first question keeps you growing. The second one keeps you held. The third one keeps you rooted. If you only answer one you will scatter, or harden, or float. All three together is how this week works.

Then on Sunday night, around the Full Moon, take ten quiet minutes. Don't journal a list. Don't make a ritual out of it. Just sit and let yourself notice what has actually been true under all the noise of the week. That is the moon's gift. You don't have to do anything with it yet. Just let it be seen.

You don't have to choose between staying grounded and getting curious this week. You get both. You get to be a person with your feet in the earth, your heart with the people you love, and a sky full of questions you finally have permission to ask.

That is the whole practice.
