At thewuwu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your experience remains smooth and enjoyable.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items should be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shipping Costs: While we offer free returns and exchanges for domestic orders, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: International orders are eligible for returns and exchanges within the same 30-day window.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both for returning the item and for receiving any exchanges.
- Processing Time: Please allow extra time for international returns to be processed.
Refunds for Services
At thewuwu, our spiritual services—whether it's a reading, a class, or a healing session—are designed to offer you guidance, insight, and support. We honor the energy and time of our practitioners, so we have a few guidelines in place for service-related refunds:
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the practitioner's discretion.
- Missed Appointments: No-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable. If you're running late, please email the healer you are booked with directly. If you don't hear from them, please contact info@thewuwu.com as soon as possible—we'll do our best to accommodate, but full sessions may not always be possible.
- Dissatisfaction: If you feel that a service did not meet your expectations, we encourage open communication. Reach out to info@thewuwu.com, and we'll work with you to find a resolution that aligns with the energy exchange of our offerings.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Promotional (free) items
- Items purchased from third-party vendors (including Amazon and retail locations)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that's not in perfect condition:
- Take clear photos of the issue.
- Email the photos, order number, and a brief description of the issue to info@thewuwu.com promptly.
- Await our response and instructions before sending the item back. We'll address your concern as swiftly as possible.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow up to two weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed. International returns may require additional time.
Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased from third-party vendors should be returned directly to them, as we cannot process these returns.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Retain your tracking information until your return is processed.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet our guidelines.
