You Are Well High Grade Lavender and Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Essential Oil 1oz Blend
Lavender (lavandula angustifolia) is soothing, relaxing, and restorative. Eucalyptus (eucalyptus globulus) is that signature spa scent, opening and soothing.Lavender is loved for it's signature soothing aroma and relaxation properties. Eucalytpus is known as that signature spa scent that's soothing, opening, and clearing. It is so refreshing and sinus soothing. This aromatherapy blend is relaxing and soothing.
Add 5-35 drops to 2 tsp of carrier oil for local application.
Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.
For diffusing, add 10-15 drops to diffuser.
For massage, add 2 drops to 4 tsp carrier oil (we love coconut oil).
Start with lowest number of drops and increase as desired.
