Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is known as the “mushroom of immortality”, called Ling Zhi in Chinese Herbal Medicine. It has been used medicinally for thousands of years, and is probably the most well known and beneficial medicinal mushroom.

Dosage:
Serving Size: 1 dropperful
Sublingually: 1-3 droppers full 1ml/3ml, 1 to 3 times daily

This is a double extraction tincture that contains both the alcohol-soluble and water-soluble medicinal material.

ABOUT PARRISWELLNESS
Dr. Parris holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science. She has extensive training in women’s and men’s reproductive health, as well as advanced training in sport related injuries and autoimmune and digestive imbalances. Her additional training as a board-certified herbalist and aromatherapist adds to her expertise in holistic therapies.
After receiving her Master’s of Arts in Dance from UCLA, she moved to New York City in the early 80’s to pursue her professional dance career. While dancing, she discovered the healing and curative powers of traditional Chinese medicine. This became her go-to medicine to heal all her dance-related injuries and, later, to maintain a healthy pregnancy and her general wellness.
She has also studied extensively in China and worked with world-renowned practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine and physicians for two decades, while building a thriving practice in New York.
In addition, Dr. Parris has advanced certifications in aromatherapy and natural skin care. She has developed her own brand of organic skin care and wellness products and offers holistic skin and body care services at Parris Wellness.
